I am trying to follow up the Hizbullah issue. How can this happen, how can they do this to Diyarbakır! How could the ones from Diyarbakır permit this to happen? They set these killers, murderers, those who monstrously murder free – they dug up people's bodies and some were found in bags – and there are celebrations held to that end! All this is taking place in Diyarbakır. Diyarbakır saw thousands of its children fall. They savagely butchered many of our youth there. I fail to understand, how this can at all happen in Diyarbakır. You have 80% of the votes in Diyarbakır then how can this happen? The people of Diyarbakır are patriotic and aware but it must be that they are not getting organized, then there is a problem in leading them!

Ceasefire extended after a letter from Ocalan

He called the Turkish government to seize the opportunity for peace and not underestimate the power of the PKK and Kurdish people. Karayilan said they have information about the level of negotiations with Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan and they will have a meeting to discuss about the negotiation points in two months with fellow PKK commanders.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
1-For a while now, the hidden units belongs to the occupier Turkish state army carries out ambushes on the Road of the district of Karliova-Bingol.
2-On 28 August at around 20:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against the operational enemy forces belongs to the occupier Turkish state army, in the area of Rojnek/Dersim central. Number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers could’t be able to clerified, and the corpses of killed and wounded enemy carried away by sikorsky type helicopters.
3-On 29 August in between 18:30-20:00 hours, our guerrillas carried a Road Control on the Road of Dersim-Erzincan. While our guerrillas stopped 100 vehicles and checked the I.D.s, also informed the people on the Democratic Autonomy and the developing period.
During the control, 3 TIRs, 1 Fuel Tanker and 1 lorry, belongs to those companies doing trade with no permission, burnt and destroyed by our guerrillas. Aftermath of the action, while the cobra type helicopters bombarded the area, the occupier Turkish state army launched a military operation, which still continues in the areas of Kirmizidag and Gomemis.
4-The military operation, which has been launched by the occupier Turkish state army on 26 August, still continues. In mean time, enemy forces bombarding the areas with no aim to start bush-fires, which are still continues to burn.
5-On 29 August in between 14:00-16:00 hours, our guerrillas carried out a Road Control in an area in between area of Gerdiya and the district of Semdinli/Hakkari. While 40 vehicles stopped and the I.D. contol made, our guerrillas also informed the people about the developing period.
6-On 29 August in between 18:30-19:30 hours, our guerrillas carried out a Road Control on the Road in between Sirnak and the district of Eruh/Siirt. While 40 vehicles stopped and the I.D. check-up carried out, our guerrillas also informed the people on the developing period.
During the Road Control, 1 lorry belongs to a company working on building roads for military purposes with in collobaration enemy, burnt and destroyed, also lorry driver Mehmet Ali Naz detained by our guerrillas.
7-On 29 August at around 17:30 hour, clashes occurred in between our guerrillas and enemy soldiers belongs to occupier Tirkish state army nearby the Kockiran military station, in the district of Ozalp/Van. As a result 1 enemy soldier killed.
8-On 26 August, our guerrillas detained a person on the Road of Findik-Suadiye/Mnt. Gabar/Sirnak, who was carrying lojistic for the enemy. The detainee, Halil Esendemir, has been released after administrative and jurisprudence procedures.

There were many important conspiracies against us as well; there are four different periods of conspiracy. The First Conspiracy Period is the one experienced with the murder of Özal: Özal was courageous in his approach to the Kurdish issue. He said “I must most definitely resolve this issue”. His son Ahmet Özal gives clear information on this topic. He says “my father wanted to resolve this issue once and for all”. At the time they besieged Özal and eliminated all those that were pro-solution to the Kurdish issue. Many army officers such as Eşref Bitlis, Bahtiyar Aydın and their likes were killed and eliminated just because they were perceived to be pro-solution. Talabani probably knows some important details on this topic. Talabani used to say that “we think alike with Eşref Bitlis when it comes to a resolution”.

Leader Abdullah Ocalan said that the Kurdish national independence movement is facing the fourth conspiracy. The first one was between 1992-1994, the second one was between 1997-1999 and third one was between 2002-2004. And the fourth one started after local elections of 2007 and in November 2009 it was developed by the Turkish PM himself. All these conspiracies aim at destruction of the Kurdish national movement. They also prevent a political solution of the Kurdish problem.
