I am trying to follow up the Hizbullah issue. How can this happen, how can they do this to Diyarbakır! How could the ones from Diyarbakır permit this to happen? They set these killers, murderers, those who monstrously murder free – they dug up people's bodies and some were found in bags – and there are celebrations held to that end! All this is taking place in Diyarbakır. Diyarbakır saw thousands of its children fall. They savagely butchered many of our youth there. I fail to understand, how this can at all happen in Diyarbakır. You have 80% of the votes in Diyarbakır then how can this happen? The people of Diyarbakır are patriotic and aware but it must be that they are not getting organized, then there is a problem in leading them!

Ceasefire extended after a letter from Ocalan

He called the Turkish government to seize the opportunity for peace and not underestimate the power of the PKK and Kurdish people. Karayilan said they have information about the level of negotiations with Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan and they will have a meeting to discuss about the negotiation points in two months with fellow PKK commanders.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
1-The Martrys Adil and Nuda Revolutionary operation launched by our guerrillas on 2 September is still continuing.
While our guerrillas continue their control in the area, on 4 September at around 16:00 hour, carried out an action on the Hill of Ceper/Beytussebap. As a result, 2 enemy soldiers killed. On the same, our guerrillas also carried out another action against a military unit of the occupier Turkish state army enemy forces, which attempted launch a military operation nearby the Hill of Guni/Beytussebap. As a result of this action, 2 more enemy soldiers killed and 1 other wounded.
On 4 September in between 16:00-18:00 hours, our guerrillas also carried out a road control on the road of Beytussbap-Sirnak. While our guerrillas stopped and control the I.D.s, also informed the people about the developing Revolutionary Operation and the period.
On 3 September, as result of the action carried out against the Beytussebap Regiment Commandment by our guerrillas, there has been severe explosions. And, a fire began in the building of the Regiment. Number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified.
On 5 September at around 06:00 hour, the occupier Turkish state army attempted to lunch a military operation on the areas of Kerko, Beybun, Meydan Zengile and Kejale/Beytussebap. Our guerrillas retaliated against the enemy’s attempt operation and as a result clashes occurred, which this clashes still continue time to time in the area. As we receive the details of clashes we will be sharing them with press and public.
Within the scope of the Revolutionary Operation in Beytussebap, our guerrillas also carried out two separate actions in both districts of Silopi and Cizre/Sirnak, as well. On 3 September at around 23:15 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action on a enemy military station on the borderline of the district of Cizre/Sirnak. As a result, 2 enemy soldiers killed and 4 others wounded.
On 2 September at around 22:00 hour, our guerrilals carried out an action against the Special Operational Policemen in the district of Central Silopi. Yet, number of killed and wounded policemen couldn’t be able to clerified.
2-On 4 September in between 10:30-18:00 hours, our guerrillas carried out a road control on the road in between the area of Gerdiye and the district of Semdinli/Hakkari. While our guerrillas stopped the vehicles and controlled the I.D.s, also informed the people about the developing period.
The occupier Turkish state army continues its air-bombardments, on 5 September in between 02:00-03:00 hours, carried out air-bombardments with war-planes on the Mnt. Goman and its surrounding areas.
3-We have stated on 4 September that our guerrillas hit and heawily damaged a sikorsky type helicopter, which was coming from the district of Yuksekova and was heading towards the Mnt. Goman/Semdinli. And, later the helicopter had to land on the Hill of Radiolink. Yet, according to new details which we received, this helicopter have been fallen and destroyed while attempting to land on the Hill of Radiolink.

There were many important conspiracies against us as well; there are four different periods of conspiracy. The First Conspiracy Period is the one experienced with the murder of Özal: Özal was courageous in his approach to the Kurdish issue. He said “I must most definitely resolve this issue”. His son Ahmet Özal gives clear information on this topic. He says “my father wanted to resolve this issue once and for all”. At the time they besieged Özal and eliminated all those that were pro-solution to the Kurdish issue. Many army officers such as Eşref Bitlis, Bahtiyar Aydın and their likes were killed and eliminated just because they were perceived to be pro-solution. Talabani probably knows some important details on this topic. Talabani used to say that “we think alike with Eşref Bitlis when it comes to a resolution”.
