I am trying to follow up the Hizbullah issue. How can this happen, how can they do this to Diyarbakır! How could the ones from Diyarbakır permit this to happen? They set these killers, murderers, those who monstrously murder free – they dug up people's bodies and some were found in bags – and there are celebrations held to that end! All this is taking place in Diyarbakır. Diyarbakır saw thousands of its children fall. They savagely butchered many of our youth there. I fail to understand, how this can at all happen in Diyarbakır. You have 80% of the votes in Diyarbakır then how can this happen? The people of Diyarbakır are patriotic and aware but it must be that they are not getting organized, then there is a problem in leading them!

He called the Turkish government to seize the opportunity for peace and not underestimate the power of the PKK and Kurdish people. Karayilan said they have information about the level of negotiations with Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan and they will have a meeting to discuss about the negotiation points in two months with fellow PKK commanders.

1-On 6 September at around 13:30 hour, our guerrillas carried an action against a military convoye belongs to the occupier Turkish state army, which was heading to the Radiolink military station from the district of Semdinli/Hakkari, nearby the Village of Sapata. As a result of this action carried on the military convoye made of 4 Hedgehogs, 2 Scorpians and a Jammer military vehicles, 1 Hedgehog type military vehicle which carry 12 soldiers, has been destroyed by our guerrillas. Number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clarified by our guerrillas. Aftermath of the action, enemy forces closed the road to traffic for sometimes and carried away the corpses of killed and wounded soldiers, and as well as the destroyed vehicle.
While our guerrillas continue their routine road controls, also carried a road control on the road in between the area of Gerdiya and the district of Semdinli/Hakkari, on 6 September in between 09:00-18:30 hours. During the road control, our guerrillas also informed the people about the latest developments.
The war-planes belongs to occupier Turkish state army carried out air-bombardments on the whole areas of Xinere Region and the Strait of Sexzade/Sideka/the Medya Defence Areas.
The war-planes of the occupier Turkish state army carried out air-bombardments on the Mnt. Goman and the area of Sikere Spi, on 7 September in between 05:00-06:00 hours. As a result of these air- bombardments many of the gardens and grape-yards belongs to the Villagers living in the area have been damaged.
The war-planes belongs to the occupier Turkish state army carried out air-bombardments on the area of Merge/Carcela, on 7 September at 00:30 hour.
2-On 2 September, the occupier forces of Turkish state army launched a military operation in the areas of Kizilkilise and Penavus/Cemce, in the district of Kagizman/Kars. While the operational enemy forces closely watched by our forces, later carried out two separate actions on enemy, on 6 September. The first action carried out at 15:30 hour, at the Rocks of Horoz, where enemy forces positioned themselves, and as a result 2 enemy soldiers killed. The second action carried out at 18:00 hour, against an enemy unit in the area of Penavus. As a result of this second action, 2 more enemy soldiers killed by our guerrillas. The enemy military operation still continues in the area with search and ambushes.
3-On 6 September at around 21:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against a company continuing to work and build roads for military purposes despite the warnings we made. As a result, 2 Ladles belongs to a company name Faruk, have been burnt and destroyed by our guerrillas.

There were many important conspiracies against us as well; there are four different periods of conspiracy. The First Conspiracy Period is the one experienced with the murder of Özal: Özal was courageous in his approach to the Kurdish issue. He said “I must most definitely resolve this issue”. His son Ahmet Özal gives clear information on this topic. He says “my father wanted to resolve this issue once and for all”. At the time they besieged Özal and eliminated all those that were pro-solution to the Kurdish issue. Many army officers such as Eşref Bitlis, Bahtiyar Aydın and their likes were killed and eliminated just because they were perceived to be pro-solution. Talabani probably knows some important details on this topic. Talabani used to say that “we think alike with Eşref Bitlis when it comes to a resolution”.
